worst experience,bad staff behaviour..check in k liye main evening 4 baje pohocha..tb bhi unhone room khali nhi hai bol k 2 ghanta wait krwaya..or check out ka time 11 baje rehta hai..fr bhi waha ka staff br br door knock krne laga 10 baje se hi k room khali kr do..bohot frustate kr diya inlogo ne..worst experience ever.

The rooms were decent, but the windows of the room provided were not at all opening and it felt claustrophobic at times. When arrived the room was spacious and clean but had cigarette smell all over. When asked to change the room, the staff wasn't polite nor apologetic about the situation. Instead they were a bit rude to say this is it you take it or leave it. When spoken to the owner he said i have to wait for 3-4 hours to get another room. Helplessly i had to take that same room. Also when tried to book one additional room online, the owner was very rude and said they won't allow additional online booking for the same customer.

Good service, friendly staff, cooperative staff, safety in building, clear room, hot water also available
