When i reach the hotel reception boy told me i have no booking your name call the make my trip

Not cleaning in room. Cool lips into the mattress condoms packet also there in the room. Bed sheet very dirty washroom is too not cleaning

staff is good but room conditions are very bad and very dirty tv not working, all land phone are not working and fan not working even ac remote is also not working, wall conditions are also very very bad, i am not happy to my stay in this hotel.

Dirty bed sheets and pillows. No towels. Staff careless. Smell in rooms. Luckily found one single room with 2 beds bit clean and smell free. Single rooms were hell. There was no confirmation of booking with hotel staff

when we reached there night 0830pm.we show online Booking he is not responding.after some time he shows other room.looks very dirty and we request after long time he start ac. the next day evening change the room after long time we request.once we enter other room same like yesterday room.really we are upset our Amritsar tour.

Washroom was very bad, cleaning was not good staff was not corporative and they don't even have hot water for bath. Bedsheets was very dirty and floor was uncleaned

I had a bad experience in this hotel. Its almost 400 mtr away from langar haal. Staff was so rude. No customer service. They behave like who are you. I never suggest to anyone for this property. There are another hotel with best price and service go for them. But not for hotek avtar.

The rooms walls plaster coming out first given on Ground floor when I objected they said they will give room by 1 pm given room on 2 nd floor again was dirty very small and smelling No Hot water
