I booked and chekin was denied stating that their hotel room are not available at rs . I was told to cancel the booking and a fresh booking should be made with them. I was also told that they don't have hotel bills and i need to meet their hotel owner for the said bill and his hotel owner would be available on tomorrow morning after 10 am. Finally i cancel-led the booking through had to book afresh room by paying rs 700. It was really a horrible experience by booking

He was denied to provide room. He asked for extra money. I refuse to to give money and asked for refund. And than he denied and misbehave with me. I want my refund

Asking for more money even after booking it in advance and paid all the amount. The attendant is the worst person trying to loot people

Terrible. We could not stay as lift was not working and i couldn't climb three story very steep stairs so we returned and stayed in another hotel with fresh payment. We called but nobody picked up from your side. So i request my payment back. We couldn't stay i repeat because lift was not working and i couldn't climb three story very steep stairs so we had to book another hotel. I request my payment back

i made a booking for one night stay for a single person and when i entered the property they asked for ₹375, i argued but they didn't agree and i had to pay. i had slipped the hotel but i had paid in advance. i checked in at 2pm and hotel wifi started working at 7pm as it was my official stay additionally there was almost no network in the property. rooms were tiny but bedsheets were dirty even the water jug was so dirty as it looked like it was not washed for weeks. last but not the least, the geyser was not working

मुझे बोला गया और 800 रुपया दोगे तब कमरा देंगे मजबूरन मुझे बगल के दूसरे होटल में महंगा लेना पड़ा इस होटल स्टाफ भी roughly baat किया
