staff not supportive bad smell in room no warm water in bathroom

We booked this hotel with price mentioned. When we reached at hotel they said rates are double than the mentioned rates. so we paid double amount. When went inside the room toilet sheet of both washrooms were blocked. when talked to man at reception he provided another room for toilet facilities. Geyser are small and so no proper amount of hot water is obtained. I called 3-4 times at reception for water and towel, but they not provided it. Early in the morning I again asked them for it and got it. TVs are there but not working. Asked mens at hotel to start TV, they assured to start but not startes. So, overall it was a very bad experience.

hotel visit was too poor. first. of all the owner denied booking saying that his hotel is not listed. then he demanded extra money(600rs) to let me in. room was poor and was full of seepage. tv provided in the room was only a showpiece as it was without set top box. washroom ran out of water 3 times during 2 days of visit. staff of hotel kept sleeping till 9 am in the morning. they don't care who is going out and coming in. total waste of money. it was like i have paid advance, so. i have to live it.
