I have booked a hotel to make my trip while booking the room amount is 365 once i have arrived at the hotel location then hotel staff said to we can't give you room at this price 365 you need pay 400. @make my trip team - please don't down your name for this of hotel also please refund my booking amount.

They charge extra money. No service. No facility nothing. Worst experience.

Bed room was too dirty and tab was also damaged, no proper drainage system, some electrical stuff was not working properly

The hotel was terrible unclean specially toilet look like public toilet. They asked extra amount to pay. Otherwise they denied room There was drunk staff in reception who start argument and start threatening. So matter is time i rec h hotel around 8 pm where all the drama happen and yes after paying extra hidden charges they even denied for bill and room was seriously Will share you some pictures you will understand how bad it is.

It was a third class hotel.

They changed the name of property to green heaven. Denied my booking.

I reached hotel in night around 10:30 and they said here is no booking. I stand out side for hours in night and there was no response from hotel.
