On 12th Jul'24, I booked a room for one night and was very disappointed with their service. The information was different from what was provided. At check-in, they charged me an additional ₹587. The listing on mentioned complimentary breakfast, but at the reception, they said there's no complimentary breakfast. Another issue was the checkout time, which was between 9AM-10AM. This is very frustrating as most hotels have a checkout time of 11 AM. I couldn't even rate them 1 out of 5. They didn't even provide a water bottle. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. This is my genuine review.
