The main owner was very rude and arrogant, he bluntly told me that he doesn’t accept the prepaid and asked me to pay extra, i had no other choice but to pay them, the issue was there hostility and bad behaviour as if i was asking to stay as an obligation. Not just that, they gave us a room on fifth floor without any lift or proper assistance or room service even after paying extra, moreover there were lizards and bed bugs in the room. You can expect at least basic hospitality from a hotel owner.

All experience is very bad plz remove the hotel from list property location is bad poor or equivalent to no parking
