feom starting i had an issue regarding my check in hotel asked for extra money for that i waited 2:45 min outside hotel then when i got room after so many calls from oyo and check in then later in room ac want working properly so much noise was there bed sheet wasnt washed properly,completely unsatisfied with their service thanks 🙏

Please refund my money

I had to pay 800 rupees extra despite the conversation between the mm t executive and the kc hotel guys. Also had to wait for 1 hour for resolution which didn’t happen

Terrible Stay

Was denied check in and asked to pay more money. The make my trip executives were helpful and helped in check in, but even after that, was denied to lock my room if i was going out, reason being that the staff of the hotel needs to use the washroom in my room. There were repeated harassment attempts by the owner of the property, and i hope make my trip removes such listings from their app.

Poorly managed and dirty

Very poorly managed. I booked the room with ac but they said it will be without ac even when it’s written on the booking. Property is not at all like it’s shown quite dirty, no lift, toilets were smelly and had stains. Seems not cleaned since ages.
