The water block in the basin, everything is broken, tv doesn't work and very unprofessional staff. They also charged us an extra $900 for nothing. This hotel is disgusting never going to recommend it to anyone.

Kings court hotel receptionist asked extra payment of 1800. he said the actual price amount is higher. I asked why didn't you update in the make my trip app. he said if you want room you have to pay or you can leave. I contacted the costumer service through MakeMyTrip app, they tried to call the kings court hotel, that guy didn't pick the call while I was waiting outside the reception. later MakeMyTrip team arranged me a room near by. so if you raise your concern, it'll get sorted out for sure, if not people like that guys or that hotel is just gonna fool you.

The location is good as everything is nearby (market. The room is quite good and decent. It comes with a balcony too. Check in hassle free!

The rooms are good with neat rest room and a balcony. Bed was not so comfortable though. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant. So you have to order from outside or use the kitchen to cook by yourself.

The location was good. The room was clean and tidy. A bottle of water was provided. But no room service.

They charged extra money to they took 500 extra the hotel management said to pay extra 500rs else they will not allow

Location is ok but they asking for extra money, i booked in make my trip, for 1100, but they are asking for ra. 1800- they not cleaning the room

The room was near and clean, they even provided kettle. They have good balcony with window ac attached. The hotel is situated in a busy place where you can find eateries and everything outside. Quiet decent stay!

Room was so clean, neat and good. Property was located in prime location and having car parking facility.

Toilets are very dirty, and tables are rotten. Cups and glasses are dusty. Totally worst experience ever. Suggest to remove from makemytrip list

They denied room i already escalated to your customer care then i moved away from there after waiting till 2 am. Arrange for immediate refund

Through mm t i had booked the rooms including breakfast. But the hotel refused to provide breakfast telling that breakfast is not added on the booking

The hotel is very cleanly maintained, rooms spacious and well ventilated, and very near to the railway station and bus stand of chrompet and the staff is good.

Compact room, couples family can prefer. But not suitable for friends and business people. Visitors, drinks, smoke not allowed.

Even after booking four rooms with full payment through mmt, hotel staff demanded to pay each room, per night double money, as according to them there contract with mm t seems not updated, but hotel tarrif updated. So asked to pay again double the money paid already to mmt. Staff mis behalf with my brother and family to pay of leave and take out luggage. Staff said mm t is cheater. Whatever issue between mm t and hotel but why a customer suffer and get humiliated. Hotel should have clear themselves with mmt, as they already got booking in advance in there system. But this hotel wanted to loot customer.

The management of hotel over charged us. We had to pay extra amount at the hotel. Hotel is for persons whose someone is admitted or treated in rela hospital. The size of rooms is small. Housekeeping service is also not there. Average hotel not very good. People coming with the purpose of hospital visit in rela can stay there.
