very saffocation and dirty room

rooms are very dirty ,even small ant 🐜 are found in blanket and bed sheets,room service is very poor,even we reached late night to check in,hotel reception person or gate of hotel is closed after standing 40 minutes outside the hotel and continue call on number of hotel they will.open the door,very embarassing night stay was there.
