I was booked 2x classic room but when reached hotel given x room single bed but when told to manager then moved to 2x classic room and want to 200 pr day extra charge

Pathetic experience, booking denied by hotel

When i reached hotel, the booking was denied saying that he won't allow check in and ask for 500 more. I told him that i have a booking confirmation but he was adiment. As we have 2 kids (1 and 6 y3ars ) we had np other choice but to give extra amount there to get the room. Room was small, no warm water, and hygiene was not upto mark.
