They did not provide basic requirements like towel and bedsheets. Being new property room was quite clean but no evidence of room cleaned before my checkin. They treat mm t customer as least importance. I couldn't sleep well because the room was a hub for mosquitoes and manager cared only about his stay in reception with mosquitoe controller. Basic things to be given importance.

Worst experience i have experience in these hotel. Hotel staff he don't know how to speak with customer speaking loudly and aggressive. I have done advance booking but after reaching reception at night asked for extra cash in double he was blaming booking with less amount. I hope you will take appropriate action against it. Night receptionist asked me to leave hotel early in morning such bad experience we recieved.

Very worst....they asking 𝙚𝙭𝙩𝙧𝙖 𝙖𝙢𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩 for 1000....reason : rooms are full....but in that residency we only stayed...very worst experience...very rude .....

The kvr residency is asking extra amount to all the customer, i really saw many customers and struggling promise, and many customers gave extra amount. I am also 1 day i gave 300 rs and second day i gave 100rs extra to the manager and he provided me non ac rooms
