The hospitality at lakhi guest house was good and the receptionist manager was friendly. Immense improvement in terms of cleanliness and hygiene is very much required. The room was dirty and there are spitting stains on the walls. The room smells the whole time and it was very difficult to have a sound sleep with that unpleasant smell. I really wish they improve in that cleanliness part since the location is ideal for those who wants to stay nearby the airport. Thank you.

Room maintainance is poor bathroom was very dirty.

Hotel manager was refuise to allot e 2 room on that price, he demand rs 1100 extra for 2 room. Finally allot e 1 room with rs 200 extra. Please consult with holel manager.

मैंने जब बुकिंग की थी तब डबल बेड किया था । लेकिन जब मैं होटल पहुंचा तब मुझे रूम देने से मना किया गया। बहुत अनुरोध करने पर मुझे होटल दिया गया परंतु उपर से ३०० अधिक रुपयों की मांग की गई मजबूरी में मुझे देना पड़ा।

The worst hotel i have ever seen in my whole life. Dirty rooms, dirty toilets and they took additional charges when we reached there. Pathetic experience and the staffs also also kind of rude. I really did-not like the hotel infact we changed the room because the previous room they gave us was very very dirty and then we took another room. It was also dirty but 1% better then the previous one. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone

I have never been to a hotel as dirty as this hotel, worst experience ever the bedsheet was supposed to be white, but it turn yellowish and they are not even willing to change saying it is jus some stain seriously stain😂

The owner asked for another payment before i got the room. I had to pay twice the price for the room and said the coupons don’t apply at that hotel. Also no towels were provided, the room was smelly and the water is the worst it was literally yellow !

Very worst experience, rooms were very dirty and even the service was not good. We had already paid full amount but they charge extra in hotel. Such a terrible experience. Will never ever visit again.
