Review Of HOTEL O LAVISH HOTEL

I visited this hotel and they refused to give me the check in after wasting my 2 hours they gave me check in very bad room which was not at all clean and the bed sheets were dirty the pictures you show you should give the same room but no they gave the worst room and they behaved in very bad manner you guys should refund me my money i didn’t stay at that place because is was not at all hygiene and have the worst experience i ever had i want to get back my money because that day i paid for 2 rooms the services was very poor They were not at all helpful to me. It was a pathetic experience at that hotel.

When going to check-in they said we are not tying up with make my trip.

We were denied the room at the hotel. Money was charged. And not returned

Confirmed hotel booking but still not allowed to check-in. Aggressive behaviour by receptionist. No proper resolution by intermediate partner
