should be very accurate about “what is promised and what is served”. Pictures of room and hotel very different from the original. It was complete cheating as at the time of booking i was shown expensive hotel and room with great discount so that i was bound to take it. But it was pathetic to charge even the price after discount.

even if you have paid your full amount they would ask you extra money for check in. if you would tell them that you have paid the full amount they will charge you extra money for check in. In my case i was asked 800 rupees extra for check in after paying the full amount.
