Good hotel but receptionist unprofessional

The stay was good. However, the receptionist behaved as if he had let it out for free. He is not aware of Oyo policies of additional charges if we want to extend the stay for another few hours. Needs to be trained and need to be taught how to talk to customers.

No fresh bedsheets pillow cover was provided. I used my own bedsheet for my 4 nights stay. No drinking water provided. No cleaning staff comes to clean the room.
