I have escalated the issue. There was no one in the property for check-in. I reached out to customer care and on over phone the manager couldn't coordinate to have access. There are no sign boards. It was dark. I had traveled around 80km to reach there. This property should be blacklisted. I have requested for refund of the booking. Pathetic service of this OYO.
