Hot water not avilable, aircondition are not working, no towel sop are providing, cleaness is good. But want to improve basic need in hotel

I request make my trip to remove this hotel from your list. On what basis you add such dislike rooms in your list. The rooms provided to me was non ac. Tv was not working, bathroom was not clean. Very much untied. I told this issue to the caretaker. He told me wait for half and hour i will give you better room. After some time he started saying please adjust in this room only. I think i need my some part of refund amount on this stay. As per criteria the room should have been ac room, hot and cold water, tv should have been working. Above nothing was provided to me. Please check and request for minimum refund amount on this stay. I was very much disappointed on this stay.
