No morning breakfast. If you are check-in early morning, they are charging you early morning check-in fee about 30% of booking cost.

The hotel where I lived was upto my expectation. I took a deluxe room for one night. It was very clean. Food was also good. But basic amenities like soap was not provided in the hotel.

Following are abnormal. 1. Hotel name not as per make my trip page. 2. Room lock broken condition. After request then room changed 3. No tv in room. Said they will provide but not. 4. Water scarcity. 5. Denied for complimentary break fast. After discussion provided only dry bread with tea for some persons only. 6. The bathroom is not cleaned. Dirty toilet and floor. 7. No mirror in the room.

The hotel is located at a prime place but lacks basic facilities.
The hotel is newly made and lacks basic facilities, lifts do not work yet. So you have to climb up the stairs up to the 3rd floor. No toilet soap or bath towel provided.

Not at all good for families and single.

I went in to check the rooms before check-in. The rooms shown to me were smelly and very compact in size. Lift was not fuctional. It is good for couple looking for a night enjoyment. They showed me another room which was same. Spoken with the owner, where he accepted the fault but told that he can not do anything. It was non-refundable booking but I choosed to book another hotel then this even at the cost of loosing money. Not at all recommended for families and single. MakeMyTrip helped me to get the hotel room cancelled finally.
