very very very bad expe
the hotel staff didn't open the door, spoke with mmt team at night and you were not able to provide me stay, your team said my refund is initiated at night. I had to search and book hotel offline nearby and you are asking me my stay with you last night. what kind of service you are providing. due to you I had to stand on road at middle of night for more than 2 hours with family than search offline hotel

There were literally no safety measures. Though the hotel room was booked 10 days in advance, rooms were dirty. Washrooms were horrible. Staffs were not wearing masks. The card machine was not working. The bed-sheets seemed savvy and dirty. Area and ambiance was just the opposite as it looks in pictures. deteriorated in quality. I would never recommend anyone. Neither I would ever go. Also there is no specific entrance to the hotel. You have to go from the basement and right land into the reception. Lots of hygiene problems. Washroom's dustbins were not emptied. Bottles were lying. There was a very bad smell which prevailed in the room as well as washroom. Rooms are very small.

Clean and comfortable
Friendly staff, clean room and bathroom. All basic amenities are provided.

Poor
These are not hotels. Converted not sold out flats into hotel. No experience staff. Upto fourth floor lift is there but not functional. No intercom working.

Nice but could be better
The only thing I didn't like was that the room didn't have a mirror. I was there for getting ready for my wedding and the lack of mirror caused a lot of problems for me and the makeup artist.
