Food is delicious, Stay is comfortable, staff is good, services are fast and awesome. I would be recommending it to my colleagues and friends too. Very near to railway station and well connected with the main areas.

Best value for money and good food. Superb location towards famous market of lucknow. Good amenities. Helpful service desk. Room service is Excellent. Deserves a star upgrade. Only catch is with the entrance of the hotel which does not look good. Once you enter the hotel you will be assured of a good service.

I am very much satisfied with the service being catered to me in this hotel. Specially when I was picked up by the hotel car at the airport, when I arrived in Lucknow and all the favour being done to me during my stay. I was more expecting that since my flight was at 19:30 pm and my booking was up to 12 pm noon. But even on my request for extension of 3 hour in hotel room was not entertained, even though I request on the expense of some nominal charge although I checked in the hotel at 8:00 pm last day. So if someone is looking for extension of few hours on expense of charges too, I will not recommend this hotel to my colleague or friend.

Good stay at prim location. People are good, very easy access to the location. But no lift, aged people will be difficult to go to 2nd floor for Reciption. All together one of the nice place, if there is a lift, it would be great. Make my trip is very useful and easy to access and find a suitable hotel for your plesent travel.

Room was good and location was not good very crowded area facilities provided was good and services are also good food cost was high. Variety of food was very less you have to select in few of them. Hotel was clean.

Nice room and quick room service, breakfast is good, hotel location is near by railway station good hospitality. Convence from anywhere in city is very easy from hotel. Security is good. Pleasunt stay In hotel

Quick service with proper decent staff. They have clean rooms but the fixtures are not maintained. Leaking taps and also geyser wasn't working. Any assistance you want is delivered as early as possible. The food is really tasty

The location is very good which is between Aminabad Market and Railway Station. The service in the hotel is excellent and worth of money. The food is also very tasty and had quick service. I will prefer the hotel if found available and within my budget.

I travelled solo for official tour. It was nearby Railway station. Stay was comfortable staff was courteous and friendly. Room was quite clean. Breakfast offered was average. Bed, toilet, washroom was all clean and nicely maintained. I got my value for money spent.

Staff is cooperative and mainly Naveen is fully supportive as he understands our needs. It is a good hotel with excellent veg food. It is recommend for all as it is near to the railway station, outside there is a lot options for food. Restaurant is available inside the hotel, they arranged pick up from airport which is excellent.

Was looking for a hotel at the last minute so called a few friends who are from Lucknow and they recommended this place, as its centrally located and clean. Cleanliness is an utmost priority. Thank you for the stay.

The hotel rooms were ok type. I was put in 401 which was a corner room and was spacious. The only drawback was that the location was not good and the last and the important thing the staff donÂ’t know how to treat guest.

I was picked up from the airport which was a surprise. Though reached quite late I was still given a meal of my choice. The staff went out of the way to make my stay comfortable. Overall good hotel with good facilities.
