    The room was not at all as shown in the pictures, completely different there was no latch in the bathroom door and hot water facility was not very good the sheets also were very dirty and the room had no ventilation of any sort.

    They didn’t provided any toiletries for make my trip guest. Person at reception was super rude created lot of chaos during check-in. Initially he refused the check-in despite confirmed booking. Later only after call with his boss he allowed the check-in
