The pathetic service you guys took for breakfast but the hotel didn't serve anything, even though there was no water, no reception area security guard asked me to do the id xerox why should i ? they didnt have any update, i need to whatsapp my booking detail to the owner then they allow to accommodate. Everyone misbehaved. Pathetic service from make my trip too. How you guys enrolled these vendors

No room service, no drinking water, no clean bed sheets and pillow cover, broken bathroom with non working tap, conjusted room, bad location, the pictures which are in the display does not match at all. Overall worst experience ever.
