Hotel room was not as shown in pictures. Room was dirty & bed sheet & blankets making foil smell.

Staff of hotel is so bad

We booked normal 2 room through phone pay, and got discount when we reached there staff told us that we don't have 2 normal room one normal. N. One ac n you have to pay 300 we said ok take it next mrng they again took 500 rs n told us we will return u. We were in hurry due to exam but we returned after exam n had train at 8. 12

it was one of the worst experience with the hotel stay. i had booked this oyo 1 week ago and also paid in advance before my scheduled arrival to the hotel. on 19th nov, i was travelling by train from delhi to haldwani. there was around 2 hours delay, and to inform the same to the hotel. it took 1 hour as no direct phone number was provided. luckily some known person went to the hotel and provided us phone number to talk. me and my friend reached to the hotel around 12 am at the reception. he straightaway denied room to us stating that price what we have paid is too low. in the middle of the night, it was very awkward situation to us. how he can say on arrival amount is low. it was the amount offered at the time of booking. after much argument somehow he provided us with the room. but room was dirty. washroom was not clean. it was not very pleasant stay and experience. i never seen such scenario where hotel is saying amount is too low and denying the room in the late night.
