Hotel staff didn't allow and told they did not receive any booking. Earlier there was another staff who manage this hotel, now the entire entity has changed and booking amount has went to previous manager account

The hotel staff is asleep, there is no response, there is no click to see the room in the hotel, the staff says go and sleep, tomorrow morning we will talk. The room is not clean
