Hotel is neat and clean staff are good and well behaved but i faced issue when i can't find location, they do not call me back for their location,

The hotel receptionist at first totally denied our check in saying that they don't accept bookings from mmt and that also when the free cancellation and check in time was over. However i talked to mmt costumer service and they were of great help, mmt consoled me and were trying to give me booking in some other nearby hotels however by that time the receptionist got ready to give us access almost after an hour and the rest was good.

Rooms are so congested. Lift is there but not working properly not maintained well. Bed linens were not changed in between my 2days stay. No bathroom kit provided. Behaviour of the hotel management staffs were good enough. Enough cooperative
