    Not worth it.

    The owner demanded rs.831 for early check-in at 8AM and told that the price I paid was not sufficient. Air conditioning wasn’t working, complained to owner, he was reluctant to get it fixed and was careless about the issue. Spent 2 night at non AC room with paying for AC room. Cleanliness could have be better.
