The property is not worth going. The lights dont work, the AC doesn't work. The fridge doesn't work.

the hotel is in a prime location and it has all the amenities of a good hotel. clean rooms, bathrooms and good service overall.Hygiene is mantained and highly recommended

Actually i had booking for a single room as it was near to my exam centre but however when i arrived there they told me that there is no single room left. As the refund time period was already over i had no choice, except to stay there and pay extra 1000 rs for double deluxe room. I felt like they scammed us by not updating in the website for the rooms available so that if a person books for a single room also then well check in time the lodge can offer double room which aren’t booked by anyone by paying extra money. Its a scam. Overall rooms are good only but bathrooms were not clean properly and the place is very noisy.

My booking was from 22nd jun e 2024 to 28 jun e 2024. I had paid all money in advance. But when i reached at6:00am of 23 jun e 2024 that room was given to other. I complained through customer care number but in spite of giving me my room, he advised to wait for another 6 hour out side the hotel and then i can get that room. Finally i got room on 12:00pm. No extra money received and no receipt also got from that hotel. It was terrific. Even no one was coming to sweep room or for any service.

It's near railway track. Pathetic experience till date. What pictures they have is far away from reality.

Overall good experience. Food is very good. Staff behavior is also nice. Size of the rooms are big.

Not provided my booking room. So i am doing re payment for the staying. I need back the amount of the bill payment.

So how do i start and from where do i start, when i have to write about all the issues. Lets start with the time i landed on their property: 1) i was scheduled to arrive on sun-day 5:am and the check in time for property is 12 pm, hence i booked for saturday and sun-day so that i am covered. When i arrived the hotel with my booking, first i had to find the person to open the gates. When got inside, he mentioned rooms are full and only suite is available for rs which i need to pay. (i already paid for my booking. Reason, that i did not arrive 12 pm saturday. If there is a booking, the property should contact to confirm or should share the option to contact the property. So i was out standing with my family in early hours without any option arguing, only to go ahead and pay for suite 2) the entrance was shady no lighting, no cleanliness. Remember they have no photos of these on websites. No family person would have confidence to stay there. The staff under dressed, no grooming, no way of representing them as staff members. The hall way was smelling cigarettes, which the staff smokes in their barracks 3) staff has no information on wifi details. Whatever they shared worked only outside the room not inside 4) geyser switch works but no hot water. 5) cockroaches inside the room 6) bathrooms not well maintained 7) the location is not friendly to have lunch or dinner, the kitchen what the lodge has is not functional and beyond that not hygiene at all 8) all the photos posted are not current. The photos posted were when the hotel was built, it is completely opposite to what it is now
