Lift system must be taken care of and if guest are coming earlier check in must have arrangement for them to guest feel comfortable and easy to visit again to hotel. No image

First of all they denied my check in, after continuous requests they provided a room with dirty pillow cover, no towel in room. Very terrible experience.

The worst thing about that hotel is that none of you will book the hotel. Hotel managers and staff do not deal well with extra bad customers.

hotel is not good at all .not even the location.it's not safe for family the same building multiple spa is running.and asking for cross gender spa services do not order anything.and whatever the services was written they do not offer a single service.i paid for the water bottle also . nothing is complimentary.but water and breakfast was included.did not received a single thing. overall don't book this hotel. .pay bit more and take good hotel .else you can be in trouble. did not took a single pic because it's was pathetic

I was charged extra rs. 800 at hotel despite paying full payment they didn't gave us the room which we booked they charged extra 800 for giving the room which we had paid for.
