Location is good. Nearby to my house. I did not order any food from hotel as i have my own arrangement. Service is not up to the mark. Cable or dth is not working. Hotel lift is also not working and my room is at third floor

Hotel doesn't have in house kitchen, even tea- coffee are brought from outside. They don't have recharged the set top box (Hathway) of TV. So TV in the room is of no use. I stayed there for 2 days there and complained for the same on the 1st day morning to the hotel manager, but in vain, tv remained out of service for the whole day. Finally they recharged Channel package at late eve. And I was able to watch TV at 9:30 PM. My booking was with breakfast and tea, but at the time of check out the manager handed over the bill of tea. Breakfast and even drinking water. It was shocking, I opposed strongly for that, then after my strong arguments, manager cut half the bill and I have to paid.

I mean it. This hotel was worst decision of my life. I hope this review can save someone’s time and money. There is no geyser in bathroom! toilet is worst than sulabh, stinky and dilapidated! stained pillows and bedsheets! windows won’t close, allowing rain and outside cold to fill the room! do yourself favor and skip this one.

Location is good. Close to jail road. I did not order any food at hotel due to covid. As far as service is concerned, it is terrible and pathetic. There is not even dust bin in the room. No window in the room for ventilation, i asked at reception for room spray as room is smelly, seems to be recently painted but no response. There is no dth connection and tv is hanging as a showpiece in the room. Asked for tv connection but again for no use
No sanitization of customers at arrival no temperature checks. I request at reception for my temperature check, but no one did it.

I call reception number 09 five times. Not even one picking the call. After that I search hotel name on Google, find the hotel number, call the person (it's really bad) then I contacted person.
