The main gate was locked with no doorbells so i had to wait outside in the dark for almost an hour bitten by mosquitoes. When i went in they asked for extra money and the room had damns on the walls, broken and open walls, broken toilet seats with no warm water to bathe or drink

We have booked 5 rooms. They have not provided drinking water. They charged for water bottle. Only 2 rooms water heater working. No hot water for bathing. Tv not working as they have not recharged set top box. No cleanliness in room.
