They didn't provide us A C room

The stay was perfect! simple and tidy room, beds were comfy this hotel provides exceptional value for the price.

Firstly property manager denied check in then afterwards argued a lot and denied AC facility which is mentioned in booking. Rude and not satisfactory approach, Asks for more money for check in. The room was not at as per the price they took 1200 per day. Very poor ambience. Better not to stay

He denied my checking first and asked for extra payment, and not cleaned and maintained well, too rude

Actually we done our booking payment for that hotel but they saying check in not cmng our booking. So we heard very bad experience even after we pay money. It's very bad experience to us. Please avoid such issues first. Please request to you refund those money we paid because we didn't stay there

The hotel is not visible, even though booked an AC room but they allotted a Non AC room.. Even the room admospier not good. They are doing modifications in the room. Even though the bathroom is small it's not comfortable. In the bathroom it is not safe for old age and fat people.. Room service worst... Price OK but all other things are not acceptable
