Hotel O Rajmahal

Experience was good and the hospitality is also good..! But i don’t like the room i expected much better room than i have been provided

Property is too old and water heater is also not installed in room so they have provided us electric rod.

Excellent view good food, good rooms all the staff was good at Talking and helping, room service was great , hot water facility. Excellent rooms, good staff with good room service restaurant food is yummy.

Location was ok but staff’s behaviour was so worst...he was not even responding to call and the way of talk was also not good

average door have holes had to cover with tissue paper.,.............. paid extra for room service

There was no hot water in the room and no trash bin was provided no tv in the room, cotton filling was coming out of the pillows

Property location is good, parking is ample but conditions of rooms are pathetic. Seepage in the walls, they have not even fixed it. Mattress and bedsheet were torn from various sides. Cleanliness is a issue.

Easily accessible from railway station and bus stand. Room have basic amenities. Addition of dental kit on demand will be good

As breakfast is mentioned in bill not provided by hotel they say that is not included in rent why this happens please check

Worst hotel i stayed in. Staff was talking rudely. Although i stayed here with my friend, but we observed that its not couple friendly too. No cleanliness, bedsheet and blanket had stain on them even after we get those changed. Our room was smelly so we had to keep our door open for sometime to get away with the smell. Some good things were the location, the guy at the reception and the washroom of our room(it was clean. So, ultimately nothing good related to room specifically.

Very dirty room and hotel. No service, no phone, no hot water, i am going consumer court against make my trip app. Very unhappy

Stay was okay staff is very cooperative but room was a bit not so tidy. Bedsheets were messy and blanket/comforter was smelling like it's never been cleaned otherwise a good place to stay if they clean it up ! people were good there food was an average of 6 for the price

Surprised makemytrip promotes this establishment. We didn't stay & we couldn't cancel our booking either. Not recommended.

Very bad rooms and the staff ac was bot working bed was not cleaned properly not enough towels were provided locks were not so good tv was not working not good checkin and checkout time was both bekar

Poor rooms and hotel service very pathetic. It's my 1st visit to this hotel don't come again even by mistaken. Dirty rooms.
