Hotel staff was not ready to give me room due to rush they allotted room to other. But after arguments they provided room to me.

When i was check in that hotel, they charged extra rupees. They told us you have to pay even i had paid initially

Overall good cleaning very good bathroom very good behaviour very good staff cooperative but ladder is very narrow

It was the worst experience till date. Nowhere else extra money is charged but here it is charged and after calling the customer care the hotel staff refuses to give the room. After a lot of pleading, they gave me a small room with no bathroom since I had a double bedroom classic booking. Somehow I spent the day doing the exam. Someone else stayed in this hotel and the staff here used to do a lot of rough work.
