What about stay i did not even got a checkin worst nightmare service ever faced by me by make my trip and in top of that your customer care executive did not have the courtesy to call back till now

Location was good. But when i went for check in they asking for extra money by saying that with the amount i was booked the room, was not affordable by them. They said pay extra money almost double what i paid at booking time or else cancel the booking

I had booking there and after reaching there i got to know that the hotel was the worst and the staff was also misbehaving. I also raised a complaint and customer care told me to initiate a refund but he didn't proceed for any refund.
