Initially manager denied checkin as he said the price of booking is too less. He demanded rs. in total. As i already paid fully for the booking he demanded the rest amount in cash. Then i talked , they then talked to property manager. The property manager totally lied to customer care executive that the hotel is fully occupied and will be vacated after 2 hrs, though he already showed us the vacant room. Then customer care executive then talked to the area manager, he told the property manager that the booking is fully paid what to do, then hastily he checked-in in the tab. But after that property manager told us that as you talked service i will be charged a fee of rs. 150, and you may leave the hotel. I asked whats the matter, he said you have to pay rs. 300 more, which i denied, so he asked me to leave the hotel, then at rs. 200 he agreed and allowed me to stay. There was not geyser in the bathroom, the toilet flush was overflowing. In short the experience was terrible. Why do you guys tie up with such local, unprofessional hotels.
