Room are very small and they are asking extra money more than the actual cost of the room

A perfect place for a short stay. The room was very clean.

I am pay for app showed amount. But i am reached hotel. The hotel manager talking for extra amount. Totaly 1300 i am paying. I am requesting the manager but the manager if you pay for 1300 only you stay. Or booking cancel.

The place is a marriage hall. They are renting out the changing rooms are stay rooms. The reception is a small room near the garage. I had booked 3 rooms. However, the receptionist only gave 2 rooms and asked for extra payment for the 3rd room. They didn't provide basic services like water, toileteries, wifi. One marriage function was happening, so parking was not available. The receptionist was not available for any help. As marriage was happening, the loud noise didn't allow us to sleep. The room doesn't have a wash basin. I had to check out early and i had informed the same to the receptionist. He had assured me that the gate will not be closed. However, the gate wad closed. Overall a bad experience. I would request everyone having any work in man-gad to take the pain of travelling and book a decent hotel in the city.
