It was very comfortable stay at this hotel. Staff were very helpful.

Good Stay
The hotel stay was good and fine. The hotel name has changed into svs 7 hills hotel from royal inn hotel. Here the staff are nice and quick to respond. The only thing is that they are suggesting direct booking with them instead of a third party. In my view the overall experience is good for the family.

The staff was very bad. After I complained for bad Bedsheet he the receptionist at started to fight.

Person at reception was not good
Response from hotel staff is not good. Don't clean the room daily or change the bedsheets. Lots of bad smell in bathroom. Had many problems.

Lowest level of services
I stayed in Royal Inn. The level of service was at horrible. The cleanliness was the biggest concern. Even one can identify at reception itself. They are least concern about the customer as they think that everyone is coming there to just enjoy. I requested them to provide me a double bed rather then two single beds but that hasn't happened even they assured 3-4 times. TV was there but it wasn't working as they was running out of subscription. On the name of breakfast they provide an onion dosa or Idly daily with coconut chutney only and that was too pathetic.

Terrible Stay
Worst hotel in Hyderabad. Very rude to the customers. Doesn't provide breakfast in time. Asked us to vacant to the hotel at the midnight just because I complaint in OYO department about there rudeness towards us. I strongly recommend not to choose this hotel for your stay.

This hotel is not good to provide good service to visitors
I stayed there 2 days but the hotel management didn't provide good service.

Great location, clean, great rooms, good WiFi, clean, easy accessible to all major corporate places, polite staff, only drawback is TV cable connection is not available, supermarket is in the same building, public transport and cabs are available easily. All shopping malls and multiplexes are within 3 kms radius
