Disappointing experience

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the location was hard to find, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Upon entering the room, i was disappointed with the cleanliness standards. The overall hygiene left much to be desired. Adding to my dismay, the staff's behavior was extremely poor. During check-in, they unexpectedly demanded extra payment. Thankfully, make my trip's help desk resolved the issue, but such situations should never arise. Considering these issues, i cannot recommend this hotel, especially for couples or bachelors. It's crucial for establishments to uphold basic standards for a comfortable stay, and this hotel fell short on multiple fronts.
