no water in the bathroom very bad service , they are very bad no- Co-operation, first of all they are not

The bed was not in good condition. No Chair even to sit in the room. Need to improve the quality of the food also.

Its a cheap shady hotel where couples come to do their business. Rooms were dirty, bed had spiders, bugs. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months

first of all the behavior of reception staff was rude. then they said they have some rate issue with oyo. then they said we will have to pay extra money. they instructed us to talk to customer care at oyo to increase rate. we refused. then they said you wait till 12 o'clock, if there are room vacant then we can give. when we offered to pay early check in charges they agreed and gave the room. there was no water in shower. the water was very very hot when it came. and toilet was dirty.

The manager of the property charged us extra money for the room even after paying full rent online.
