1. There was a problem, while check in. We have booked two rooms, but he has denied. Finally we have compromised with upgrades. 2. There are too many moaquitoes in the room. 3. There was no water available properly, in the bathroom and he took almost an hour to get it repaired in the midnight, leading to disturbance. Moreover, ac was not working properly. We stayed in hotel for 6 hours, out of which half of the time went into the repair, and we just slept for 4 hours, which we felt bad. Paying rs. 2700 is meaningless s then, if such circumstances arise.

1. Very slow and unprofessional check in 2. No hotel staff to carry luggage to room 3. No hot water 4. Very poor service. 5. Very rigid on checkout time. Could be a little flexible - as most hotels do. We checked in at 4 pm on 26th. We requested checkout by 2 pm on 27th instead of 12 noon. Flatly refused. 6. The staff do not know local language 7. Local transport like autorickshaw not easily available from this location.
