1. There was a problem, while check in. We have booked two rooms, but he has denied. Finally we have compromised with upgrades. 2. There are too many moaquitoes in the room. 3. There was no water available properly, in the bathroom and he took almost an hour to get it repaired in the midnight, leading to disturbance. Moreover, ac was not working properly. We stayed in hotel for 6 hours, out of which half of the time went into the repair, and we just slept for 4 hours, which we felt bad.
