The service needs to be better

The tv and ac was not working at the Hotel room No bathroom sandal and mug in the bathroom. These little things needs to be checked. Otherwise the Hotel is nice

Terrible Stay

Very bad customer service. At first they asked for extra money. They hold us for 2-3 hours in a non ac room and that room was smelling bery bad. Then they shifted us to another room after so much requesting. Very bad experience for me.
