Hotel was neat and good, but they didn't provided basic needs like towel and soap. And tv is not working.

I have stayed in many hotels over the years, but I can honestly say that your hotel stands out as one of the best. The attention to detail and the level of customer service were exceptional. I had an absolutely wonderful time at your hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay. Thank you for making my trip so memoriable! Around karimnagar there are many oyo i got best experience and polite staff beyond that they didn't charge me extra as other hotels do

Staying at hotel saileela is a good experience for my family. Reception and their response is good. As per our requirements the hotel stof are responded very well.

It was ok. Cellar was very stinky and cannot take staircase. While room was tidy and small, there wasn’t proper checking whether there are people who are smoking in floor way. Ambience was fine. There were no lights in floor way switched on anytime making bit difficult to walk through that way to room during odd times. Connectivity to city and other places is fine but no much food options near to the hotel. Do not plan if you are going with your family to stay in this hotel

They don't even sweep the room even once. Let alone moping. They let guest occupy dirty soiled rooms. I stayed 2 nights, not a single housekeeping guy came to room. No drinking water in the hotel, hotel staff asked money to get bottle from outside.

Very poor hygiene standards, has to change a room due to dirty washroom. Drinking water bottle purchased from outside.

They didn't allow check-in at all

Has booked 2 rooms at the facility for 15th aug checking after 12pm and checkout before 11 am next day 16th aug. However since we got held up at our work site, we could reach the facility only in the morning.
