We just booked this hotel for their low rates. So for people who aren't expecting much and just want to stay for nights can book here. Rooms were quite good but they can improve in their services. The tv wasn't working, there is no wifi connectivity in the rooms just near the reception. We did not try food as we eat at other spots. There was water clogged near the hotel so we never tried walking but with vehicles that was no issue.

No hot water in room room not clean properly the bedsheet, pillow, blanket are very dirty road are very this is my very worst experience ever there is no proper service & room are very dirty and no person to attend in night & no cleaness. Location is very bad & under construction area road not proper

Three is no proper service and rooms are very dirty and no person to attend in night and no cleanness and no spray for toilet and no cooperation.

It was terrible never send anyone there and we didn't stay there we shifted to another hotel and after calling for the refund to make my trip they have still not paid our amount back after sending all details there is no-cal and no one has got back so i should take strict action against this

The room which was allocated was big but there is only 15w led blub and there is no tubelight in the room which was insane. By the amount i paid for the stay, i haven't even got any service. Every-time i have to call the owner to ask for any service like food, there is no menu card what not and the biggest disappoint was it was too far from the city centre.

The staff is not good. The bed n bedsheets are very dirty. Staff is not cooperative. Service is very late. Tv was not working. Telephone was not working.

Owner argued during the checkin, rooms were dirty and unhygienic. There was no water in washrooms, mirror wasn't provided in the room. Bedsheets and blankets were stained and dirty. Ek dm bk-was facilities thi. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. The owner is only wanting extra money with no facility.

I have already raised the complaint this has happened 2nd time with mmt. When i reached at hotel they refused to provide meal services though i have booked deal with meals. I was stranded at last moment.
