These people don’t know how to treat a customer. Hotel room has various issues apart from poor hospitality, such as no power backup, frequent power cuts. Bathroom drain blockage, dirty water from shower, no room or bathroom amenities- (no mirror, side table and chair, no bath towel, etc) there is no attendant after9pm. Out of all, no curtsy shown towards towards guest, senseless behaviour.
