Review Of Hotel O Shivaay

Excellent property, staff behavior, cleaning & Near every requirement i.e. hospital, railway station, airport, Near by main road, reachable every visit palace. I shall again visit this property with my family.

Breakfast available late after 11. Hot water available very late for bath after 11. No hot drinking water available in the room. otherwise I would have never booked it as I was with my daughter. I went early at 9.45 though the time for checkin was 12 but since I left early at 4.30 he did not charge me extra as I had paid online through make my trip otherwise he told me he would have charged

They denied booking initially and after talking to customer care they have obliged to give room but the rooms are of sub standard and no eminities like hot water wifi and tv. Poor maintenance

It was terrible stay...No privacy, no security , no facility and very uncooperative staff.

Excellent stay, like how you stay at your home. The host /staff esp Deepesh is very friendly,polite and sincere. The main highlight is also it's in walkable distance from the Mahakaleshwara temple hardly 4 to 5 mins. Well maintained and clean hotel.

Unprofessional staff. Denied me CheckIn until MMT paid the difference price (I booked at a discounted price and the hotel manager was asking me to pay the difference amount else he would not let me check in). Did not even offer me a seat at the hotel to sit and discuss the issue with the Make My Trip Support team. resolve the issue. The turn around time by Make my trip support team was very poor I had to stand on the road for 1.5 hours before they eventually paid the difference amount to the property and only then I was allowed Check-in. Poor behaviour and hospitality on the part of the Hotel O Shivaay and bad turn around time on the part of MMT. Overall the experience left a bitter taste and sheer disappointment towards both Hotel O Shivaay and MMT.

This is the worst property a person can ever book. I reached at 10 PM in the night and the hotel guy said either you pay 300 more or leave the hotel The facilities were negligible with no towels soaps and terrible bedsheets. Only he doesn’t allow outside food and his food is pathetic.

Had to pay extra money at the hotel on pretext that booking platforms gives only 40% of tariff to hotel. Dirty bathrooms not cleaned even after request. Unfriendly staff behaviour

Hotel owner n staff ask for more money then the booking amount I checked in at 1.30 of mid night so I don’t have any options so I pay 400 cash as asked I think who was the owner of this hotel . Staff n him self owner was very unhelpful and rude n when we show our booking they told that we don’t hove any Ty up u call on helpline or any where if don’t pay 400 cash more ur booking is cancelled by us ..... 😡 💔. NEED TO THINK OVER THIS
