Disappointing experience: location, room quality, and missing gst invoice

The location was very far inside. There was no way for the car to get there. The rooms should have been a bit more airy. The rooms were not like the pictures shown I had asked for a gst invoice at the time of booking, but the hotel did not provide it. Please send the gst bill.

Terrible Stay

No food, breakfast, no room service. No staff for housekeeping for all days till checkout. Dirty drinking water. Dirty toilet, room and no bedsheet change was done till checkout, dirty towel and bad smell in rooms. Overall terrible experience.
