In the starting when we went there for check-in, the attendant there was asking for extra money, which got resolved later on by contacting the coustomer care executive. The room, bedsheets, quilt, pillow covers all were very dirty and no toiletries were provided there.

You told me to pay in advance but the hotel is closed approximately 1 month ago this is not acceptable at all you have to pay me the compensation. I have uploaded the image. I have paid 500 extra and now i also have to pay for extra travelling. Your service is totally disgusting. 1

Fraud hotel and fraud staff

This is a fraud hotel with very disgusting rooms and impolite and rude staff. The bedsheets had stains, and the ac was not working. The washrooms had blood on the floor. I had travel-led along with my parents and had requested the staff to clean the room, but they did not oblige and behaved very rudely. Totally indecent staff and owner with a criminal mindset.
