    Property location is not updated, travellers could not find the hotel as per the location map they have shown. Even the manager did not open the gate even when i intimated about my late arrival. Gate did not have any door bell. Rooms were very dirty and ac was not working. Bathroom was very dirty and didn't care about hygiene. I suggest make-my trip agency to remove such hotels from their list. We believe on your list and if such type of experience we faced then we have to think for.
