The receptionist asked for extra payment. When I complained to the customer care, they said the issue occurred from the OYO side and then they assured us to resolve the issue and told that one of the representatives will call us to resolve the issue. We had been waiting for the call but no one called to resolve the issue. Lastly, we settled the amount to get the room from our own end. It was a terrible experience
